Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CFO at ThoughtSpot and contribute towards making the Finance Department a true center of excellence. The Associate will play a vital role in accelerating projects, validating key financial data, and ensuring efficient operations across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing and following up on CFO-led programs and operational initiatives.
• Support financial data validation including benchmarks, third-party data, and public company comparisons.
• Work with the CFO to rebuild reports and enhance company-wide data tracking methods.
• Accelerate operational efficiencies by improving micro processes using advanced SaaS tools and AI applications.
• Act as a bridge between CFO and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution of actions with accountability.

Key Technical Skills:

Excel, Google Workspace Tools, AI Applications in Finance, Data Analysis, Financial Benchmarking, Business Operations Support, Project Management

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a STEM-related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business operations or business analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Curiosity and learning mindset towards AI-powered tools for business.
• Analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage projects effectively.
• Ability to work with intensity and follow through on multiple projects with stakeholders.
